Growers/Employers

BC Fruit Works: Supporting growers and packers in the BC Interior

As a grower or shipper of cherries, apples, or grapes in the BC Interior, you know how challenging it can be to find agricultural workers each season.

BC Fruit Works is here to help. This collaboration between the BC Cherry Association, BC Fruit Growers’ Association, BC Grape Growers’ Association, and the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food connects regional growers and packers with workers eligible to work in Canada.

It’s a win-win for everyone involved!

Resources for Employers

As an added value for employers, BC Fruit Works will provide you with multiple resources to help facilitate the hiring process, once you sign up as a participating employer. These resources include HR policy documents, tax forms, new hire forms, onboarding checklists, and more.
