BC Fruit Works: Supporting growers and packers in the BC Interior
As a grower or shipper of cherries, apples, or grapes in the BC Interior, you know how challenging it can be to find agricultural workers each season.
BC Fruit Works is here to help. This collaboration between the BC Cherry Association, BC Fruit Growers’ Association, BC Grape Growers’ Association, BC Tree Fruits Cooperative, and the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food connects regional growers and packers with workers eligible to work in Canada.
Our job-matching process is simple and efficient:
- You provide your labour needs to BC Fruit Works.
- BC Fruit Works review our job-seeker inventory for eligible candidates.
- We forward the contact information for eligible workers to the you.
- Then you can connect directly with the workers who are interested.
- We will follow-up with you to confirm hiring decision.
It’s a win-win for everyone involved!
